As children we are asked what we want to be when we grow up. Celia always had ideas of professions that would inspire, teach and help others become the best versions of themselves. As the owner of Aurora Coaching and Consulting she is providing individuals the opportunity to excavate their authenticity and build a path that will lead them to growth, understanding and clarity. Aurora Coaching and Consulting is also working closely with organizations and professional leaders to develop and improve their leadership, internally and within the community.

Celia has been a coach to over 250 professionals, authenticity seekers, and folks just looking for the next step. With more than seven years of experience in coaching and formal training from the Institute of Integrative Coaching, Celia is able to use assessments like the Enneagram to help unearth the patterns of thought and behavior we repeat that prevent us from being authentic, courageous and open to growth. In addition to personality and skill assessment, Celia will use the Toltec Wisdom writing of Don Miguel Ruiz and her expertise in identity exploration, goal setting, and transformational reflection to help others be inspired and become the only version of themselves they were meant to be.

As the leader of Aurora Coaching and Consulting, Celia will be able to help organizations, public institutions, and community groups discover their potential to be more inclusive and community driven while bringing multiple stakeholders into the conversations that are unique to each group. As a trained Technology of Participation Facilitator, Celia can use collaborative approaches to solve interpersonal dynamics within a group or a workplace, facilitate strategic planning, and develop recruitment and retention strategies. Throughout her career, Celia sought out values-based and strength focused practices as the crux of her trainings and methodology for leadership development. As a consultant, she will bring the courageous and necessary conversations that institutions and groups need to have in order to create lasting impact and social change.
